RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
YOU MUST BE ISSUED A RMA NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEM. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

1. Please write RMA (Return Authorization Merchant) number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO DBL 12510 Micro Drive Dock R Mira Loma, CA 91752. RMA # MUST BE LISTED ON SHIPPING LABEL. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OR DELAY IN RECEIVING CREDIT FOR RETURN. 2. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty. 3. Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier's packing specifications. 4. Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing. 5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box, along with the number of boxes shipped back. 6. Credit will be issued within 10 business days from the date of receipt to Wholesale Electronics. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms. 7. RMA numbers are valid for 15 Days. This RMA number will automatically delete from our system after the 15 days. 8. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return. DO NOT send EXTRA products or products NOT-AUTHORIZED. How To Order: 1. Sales Terms: Wholesale Electronics is a ecommerce retailer for electronics distributors. • You can register on website to complete your order and receive discounts and promotional offers or check out as guest. Registration is free. • School and government bids are welcomed. 2. Payment Terms: • Terms of sale: Cashiers check, or Visa/MasterCard, and Discover. Cashiers checks can be mailed to 2385 Clower Street Suite B Snellville Georiga 30078. • Late payments will be charged interest at the rate of 5%/ month. • MasterCard, Discover, and Visa orders will only be accepted from persons who are authorized by the cardholder to place such orders. • No shipments will be made on any past due accounts. • If a delinquent account is sent to collections, the customer will be responsible for all collection charges. 3. Shipping: • All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment. • All orders will receive a shipping cost within 24 hours of order being received. You must request order to be processed or cancelled by replying to shipping cost email. • Residential-based businesses are subject to carrier residential delivery rates, if your order does not qualify for pre-paid freight. • If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total. Shipping charges will be sent via email within 24 hours of order purchase. • Final shipping charges will be sent via email. Initial invoice informs customer that shipping charges will be sent via email. • All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight regulations. • Shipping fees are non-refundable. • Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. • Refused shipments will incur a 35% restock fee. • Wholesale Electronics will pay ground freight on orders totaling over $1,250, or $950 on in-stock merchandise, for product shipped to one location in the contiguous 48 states. Blank tape, jewel cases, primary alkaline batteries, bulk cables, TVs 13" and larger, UPS backup, surge suppressors, power inverters, observation/security systems, furniture, speakers/speaker boxes, home theater systems, audio keyboards, rack mount/structured wiring panels and enclosures, central vacs or central vac components cannot exceed 50% of the dollar amount ordered. If the original order exceeded $1,250, one shipment of back-ordered product will qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments beyond the first backorder release will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies. Prepaid Freight, Option 2 We do not ship outside the United States. Shipping for Backorders • Before backordered items are shipped, a representative will call for release authorization. • Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower. • Backorders associated with orders shipped on the $950 prepaid freight program do not qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies. Damages/Claims: • Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Wholesale Electronics. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to Wholesale Electronics within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by Wholesale Electronics directly with the freight carrier. • Plasma TVs must be opened & inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill. • To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Wholesale Electronics. 4. Return Policy: • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from WE prior to the return of any merchandise. After 30 days, all products must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.) • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back. • Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty. • Factory sealed products in resalable condition may be returned at WE discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Resalable products authorized for return will be credited at the current WE selling price less a 35% restocking fee. • Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing. • Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at WE. 5. Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal WE policies.• Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to WE. • Most TV/Monitors 30" projections products, and Samsung TV's 14" or larger do not qualify under normal WE Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service. • Most TV's/Monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service. • WE follows all manufacturer return policies.
